Job summary

World Resources Institute (WRI) Indonesia seeks a Project Management Officer for the Energy and Sustainable Business program in Jakarta. The hybrid role requires 8 days per month in the office and travel across Indonesia, with a 6-month fixed-term contract and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or programme administration.
• Ability to manage trackers, schedules, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, workplans, and action trackers to meet deadlines.
• Support procurement documentation and contract tracking.
• Maintain structured project files and reporting evidence.
• Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and routine updates.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders for timely delivery.
