Responsibilities
- Plan, direct and control all aspects of the project in accordance with company policy and procedures to maximise EBT achieved, while ensuring all contract requirements are delivered in compliance with HSE and CSR policies.
- Direct and synergize all project departments to contribute to and align with project productivity goals.
- Direct and synergize all project departments to ensure implementation of operational excellence is monitored in accordance with productivity principles and cost effectiveness.
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of operational excellence and adherence to the principles of productivity and cost effectiveness to beat the project budget; foster a culture of continuous improvement; support operations and achieve the EBT target.
- Manage CINTA idea and CINTA submission (Quality and Quality) programs to ensure their success.
- Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities, including identifying, mitigating and monitoring SHE risk, and ensuring the SHE Management System is effective and conforms to standards, requirements and procedures; ensure execution of SHE responsibilities meets the intended outcomes (SHE risk well maintained, Target Zero LTI, and alignment with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP).
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 3-5 years previous experience in construction and engineering
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles and practices and the associated flow of design and construction project management
- Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation
- Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems and carry them to the intended conclusions to meet agency goals for the program
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
