Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop Project Plans under the supervision of the project manager.
• Ensure smooth and timely communication and coordination with all relevant parties to support effective project management implementation.
• Demonstrate leadership in occupational safety, being responsible for the safety compliance of employees and subcontractors at the project site, and conduct regular safety walks.
• Ensure that the Company's Safety and Health procedures, work instructions, programs, and requirements are implemented in the areas/activities under their responsibility.
• Overall responsible for Safety and Health issues in the areas/activities under their responsibility.
• Organize inspections or patrols and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Report and investigate incidents related to injuries, damages, and losses.
• Promote actions to prevent accidents and initiate analysis to identify accident trends.
• Ensure all inspection/measurement/testing equipment used, including those from suppliers and subcontractors, are properly calibrated.
• Uphold the values of the Code of Conduct and ensure they are practiced within their area of responsibility.

Key Criteria

• Willing to be placed as a local employee in Surabaya.
• Experienced in installation and team leadership in the elevator and escalator or construction industry for at least two years.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Knowledge of the elevator and escalator industry products, and field operations.
• Familiarity with occupational safety procedures.
• Proficiency in IT/Technology.
