Job description

S4 is a conveyor, packaging, and palletizing machine integration company serving the FMCG industry since 2005.

We are entering a transformation phase focused on improving product quality, production reliability, and execution excellence.

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Production Manager who will lead all technical execution within S4:

• Shop/detail drawing and production planning

You will be the technical lead for all S4’s production and installation activities.

You will work closely with Pre-Sales Engineering, Project Managers, Mechanical Engineers, and Electrical Engineers to ensure all systems are built correctly, delivered on time, and installed successfully.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Shop Drawing & Production Planning

• Review and approve Pre-Sales engineering drawings
• Lead and finalize shop/detail drawings
• Create detailed production plans (routing, BOM, timeline, sequencing)
• Identify missing dimensions and material issues before fabrication
• Conduct quality checks at every production milestone
• Enforce zero tolerance for recurring mistakes and failures
• Reduce rework cycles and increase consistency and repeatability
• Prepare, monitor, and review pre-during-, and post-installation activities
• Coordinate with PM for customer communication and milestone sign-off
• Solve and report all onsite technical issues
• Ensure all systems are delivered to customers “first-time-right”

REQUIREMENTS

Experience (10–15 years) in one or more of these industries:

• Robotics assembly (bonus)
