Job Description

1. Determine and understand customers'/end-users' needs and desires
2. Design product flow and requirements, create & maintain Product Spec Documentation
3. Maximize the value of the product and the work of the development team
4. Decide trade-offs between scope, schedule, cost, and quality; prioritize activities based on business and customer impact; build the product roadmap
5. Collaborate with other divisions related to products and the company (e.g., support, marketing, sales, management, strategics, HR)
6. Work with UI/UX team to create and improve products
7. Evaluate and research future and existing features
8. Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors'
9. Manage and organize the product team, overseeing end-to-end project delivery using agile methodologies
10. Serve as a Tech Solutions lead for internal and external projects
11. Meet potential business partners and discuss technology integration
12. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

• Understanding of technical concepts of software
• Previous experience in a tech-based financial services company is desirable
• Understanding of business/accounting (graduates of such degrees are a plus)
• Can-do attitude
• Good communication skills
