Job Description

• Lead new investment product launches in collaboration with compliance, regulators, and external partners. Clarify regulatory requirements, develop proof-of-concept products, and obtain necessary approvals from regulators.
• Participate in annual audit exercises. Explain to regulators the company's investment product end-to-end technical design and operational procedures.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of product development, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization. Collaborate with teams such as compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
• Contribute insights, ideas, and features across teams to craft a cohesive product roadmap strategy.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to investment products, including liquidity, operational, and regulatory compliance risks.
• Analyze data to create recommendations and execute product experiments aimed at improving key metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development with a deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and cash management. Proven success in launching and managing products from concept to market.
• At least 2 years of experience working with regulators and auditors in the financial industry, preferably with direct experience with IDX, OJK, KSEI, and KPEI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage external stakeholders diplomatically, build trust, and tactfully address underlying agendas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
