Job description

Job Description:

1. Responsible for all operational aspects of initiatives within the organization, including establishing strategic plan and goals by identifying end-to-end product operations management, customer monitoring needs and feedback, and success rate program by working with product, operations, technical, and engineering teams.
2. Fully responsible for key technical issues, and prioritize product change requests based on issue volume, members impacted, revenue impact, and other relevant metrics.
3. Responsible for an important role in planning and implementing product operation processes according to SOP standards, for the development, efficiency, and revision of product features.
4. Management of a team of full-time expertise to deliver on critical elements of Product Quality monitoring and execution.
5. Managing a large contingent workforce for bugs and routing to technical and product teams, including SLAs, quality and capacity management.
6. Engaging with product stakeholders to manage demand and further optimize the quality of product.

Qualifications:

1. Have experience in payment gateway, fintech, digital product.
2. Experience in bringing products from concept through the product operations life-cycle.
3. Experience working cross-functionally collaboratively with the product, project management, and technical engineering team, and experience working across multiple functions and projects.
4. Has experience in developing product standard operating procedures, manage product data center team, deployment team, and customer experience team.
5. Experience driving complex projects or programs with several competing stakeholders, ideally in software development, software launch readiness role, or technical product.
6. Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, including the combination of data from multiple sources and stakeholders.
7. Have experience to handle IT operation.
