Job summary

Finfra is a rapidly growing Embedded Lending as a Service company in Indonesia, delivering a one-stop platform that integrates with client systems to launch lending services. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives, own the product roadmap, partner with networks of fintech collaborators, and translate business and customer needs into clear, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within fintech, payments, lending, or related financial services.
• Proven track record of building and launching impactful products in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Strong platform-first mindset, with experience connecting multiple partners, users, or use cases.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian fintech ecosystem; experience across Asian or international markets is a plus.
• Strong strategic and commercial thinking, with the ability to translate business opportunities and customer needs into clear product strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to make informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Proactive and accountable, with the ability to work independently and take ownership from discovery through execution.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
