Amartha is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product development and innovation for their technology-driven financial ecosystem in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in product management, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive product strategies that enhance financial inclusion across Indonesia.

About the Team
You’ll be joining our Product Management team, a group of passionate problem-solvers responsible for shaping the future of Amartha’s digital products. Our mission is to build user-centric, scalable, and impactful solutions that drive financial inclusion for underbanked communities across Indonesia.
The team is structured around key product domains, including lending, funding, payments, and core platform. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of one of these domains, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, UX, Finance, and Compliance to drive initiatives from ideation to execution.
About the role
In this role as Senior Product Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to solve customer problems, define the product vision, and build scalable products. You’ll collaborate closely with other Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and UX Designers to help Amartha deliver innovative and delightful user experiences.
