Bukalapak is seeking a Product Leader to own the Mitra Bukalapak product vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution. You will translate market dynamics into high-impact solutions, align executive stakeholders, and mentor mid/junior PMs to drive measurable growth across Indonesia.

You will define roadmaps, partner with engineering, data, design, and commercial teams, and champion product excellence with a focus on revenue and MSME impact.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of product management experience
• Experience in Digital Financial Services/Fintech
• Proven impact in revenue, GMV, or retention
• Strong analytics stack proficiency

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap
• Lead cross-functional squads and mentor team members
• Partner with executives and align priorities
• Conduct structured discovery, market research, and competitive analysis
• Establish north-star metrics and OKRs; track funnel performance
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Field Ops for rollouts
• Foster a high-performance product culture and provide mentorship
