PT BIPO Service Indonesia seeks a Senior Product Analyst for Regional Payroll to ensure payroll product compliance with regulations across multiple regions. The role requires extensive experience in payroll product analysis and solution design while guiding junior team members. A degree in Information Systems or HR is essential, along with at least five years of experience in HRMS products.

Reporting to: Deputy Product Director – Regional Payroll
Purpose
The job holder must ensure that payroll products are aligned with employment and statutory regulations for the payroll countries. He/she must possess thorough knowledge of payroll products and be capable of performing tasks independently. The role involves understanding requirements and regulations from local/regional payroll teams, analyzing them, providing system solutions, and writing Payroll Functional Specifications. Additionally, the incumbent should be able to coach and guide junior team members.
