Job description

Work with project teams, understand purchase requirements and source accurately and efficiently.

Managing procurement projects within operations to ensure alignments between costs, commercial needs, and operation execution.

Evaluate tender responses and conduct negotiations with shortlisted suppliers.

Source for required materials, services, and suppliers in the domestic and international market.

Identify global prospective suppliers.

Understand market trend and seek to improve cost efficiency.

Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with Company Policies, Procedures and Processes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree of interior, event management, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred.

Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems.

Team player with strong organizational skills.

Able to start work immediately will be plus.

Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat
