Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to design and optimize process flow diagrams and system layouts for a power plant. The role focuses on improving efficiency in fuel handling, combustion, and emissions control while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in process engineering, preferably in coal power projects, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in process engineering; preferably in coal power projects.
• Fluency in English essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine process flow diagrams and system layouts for the power plant.
• Oversee and enhance efficiency of fuel handling, combustion, and emissions management.
• Develop and apply process control strategies to boost plant performance.
• Ensure all processes meet safety and environmental compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate process systems with plant operations.
