We are currently looking for a highly experienced Senior Principal Business Consultant with deep expertise in deposit banking products and core banking systems to lead consulting engagements within the banking sector. This is an independent contributor role, ideal for professionals who bring strategic insight and hands-on experience in deposit transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert advisory to banking clients in the area of deposit product strategy, operations, and process improvement.
2. Lead business requirement analysis and solution design aligned with the deposit product lifecycle.
3. Offer recommendations and guidance on core banking system configuration and enhancements for deposit modules.
4. Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and discussions with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
5. Stay informed on relevant regulations, industry trends, and system best practices within the deposit domain.
6. Deliver high-quality outcomes independently while maintaining proactive communication with client teams.
7. Willing to travel domestically as needed to support project execution and client engagement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or Information Systems.
2. Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the banking domain with a strong focus on deposit products, operations, or system consulting, including hands-on experience with core banking platforms, particularly in deposit-related modules.
3. Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a strong plus.
4. Self-driven with the ability to manage complex work independently.
5. Experience in leading or managing work streams is a plus.
