Winning technical requirements of potential new clients involves effectively demonstrating your SaaS product's capabilities, aligning it with their business needs, and showcasing value.
- Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting key features and business value to potential clients.
- Act as a consultant, providing insights into business processes and industry best practices to align solutions with client needs.
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and propose suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and technical departments, to develop comprehensive client solutions.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality technical proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
- Assist in designing solution architecture, mapping out product capabilities to address specific business challenges.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations, helping clients optimize their processes through the adoption of proposed solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market demands, integrating insights into client recommendations and product improvements.
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for product enhancements, proposing improvements to meet evolving market needs.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / System Information or equivalent.
- Experience in the following areas is a plus:
- Omnichannel, CRM, Call Center, Meta Products
- Must possess analytical & problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong documentation skills to create clear technical specifications and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Agility in adapting to new changes including technologies and evolving business requirements.
- Visual Programming and/or Low Code No Code Development.
- Understanding of REST API.
