Senior Presales Engineer (Security)

Responsibilities:

• Gathering information from customers to identify their needs
• Analyzing, developing, and proposing technical solutions (technology and equipment)
• Creating designs, bills of materials, scopes of work, schedules, and proposals
• Delivering presentations about technical solutions to customers
• Conducting demos or proofs of concept if needed
• Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (pricing, demo equipment, technical specifications) for technical solutions
• Coordinating with other departments to provide required information before the project begins

Requirements:

• S1 graduate from IT, Information System, Telecommunication Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• Good knowledge in Security Framework (e.g., NIST, ISO 27000, CIS)
• Experience in handling various Security Products (NGFW, EDR, XDR, SIEM, SASE, PAM, SAST/DAST)
• Security certification is an advantage
• Basic networking understanding (CCNA is an advantage)
• Minimum of 3-6 years experience as a Security Presales Engineer or similar
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
• Fast learner with attention to detail
