Job description

Senior PMO (Project Management Office) Manager

We are seeking a strategic thinker and problem solver to join as Senior PMO Manager.

This person will be responsible for driving initiative(s) for the company to achieve the company’s strategic OKR. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management with great interpersonal skills. He/she will report to the Director of Strategy and PMO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Holistic project management:
  2. Drive and monitor progress of initiative(s) according to the company’s transformation governance and stage gates.
  3. Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional discussions/problem-solving sessions.
  4. Develop initiative dashboard and reporting to monitor and report progress of initiatives.
  5. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid project disruptions.
  6. Identify critical path and interdependency between initiatives or between tasks in the same initiatives.
  7. Foster good communication and atmosphere among project teams.
  8. Business partnering with business units & initiative owners:
  9. Design critical capabilities as initiatives get transferred to business as usual.
  10. Conduct analysis to make data-driven decisions.
  11. Conduct research to identify trends and benchmarks.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in management consulting (BCG, McKinsey, Bain) is a must.
  2. Must have experience from management consulting or accounting firm (handling Advisory services).
  3. A strategic thinker with a strong analytical approach to addressing complex business challenges.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  6. Ability to influence and motivate teams toward shared objectives and strategic outcomes.
  7. Willing to be placed in Karawaci.
