Job summary

PepsiCo is looking for a seasoned Plant HRBP and IR Sr Manager to lead our new snacks plant in Cikarang. You will partner with senior site leaders to drive employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and training to ensure HR services meet business needs.

Based in Cikarang, you will lead end-to-end HR for the site, align with head office, implement CoE initiatives, and ensure ISO/OHSAS/GMP/HACCP compliance while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Placement in Cikarang is required.
• 10–12 years of HR management experience in manufacturing.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRM/HRD, Business Admin, or related field.
• Proven business partnering and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and end-to-end HR functions.
• Track record of strategy creation and implementation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing is preferred.

To strengthen PepsiCo's re-entry into Indonesia, we are looking for a Plant HRBP and Industrial Relations (IR) Sr Manager to be based in our newly-established snack manufacturing plant in Cikarang.

What can you expect? Expect that you will be working with senior leaders and peers at the plant in managing the pulse on employee relations, ensure practices are compliant with regulations, and coordinate the administering of services like onboarding, benefits, and training.

This role will be based in our Manufacturing Site in Cikarang, Bekasi.

Responsibilities

What you will be responsible for:

• Business partner for all Supply Chain Operations and support all function’s who are Cikarang-based.


• Lead the end-to-end human resources function, both strategic and operational at the plant.


• Manage and oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management and employee relations.


• Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, both at the head office and on site, including external stakeholders such regulatory bodies, industry groups and government officials.


• Support HR Center of Excellence (CoE) interventions implementation, organization transformation programs and local talent pipeline to serve business and operations agenda.


• Lead all the implementation, develop, and evaluate all Management Systems in which HR as standard owners at overall operations includes ISO, OHSAS, GMP, HACCP and other related laws & requirements.Ensure that the site is compliant with laws, policies and other related labor standards and representing the organization with Plant and Function Leadership team.


• Manage site governance to ensure employee service level delivery, recommend process improvement and statutory policy changes to Function/Business Unit HRBP.


• Manage general affairs functions including facilities management and administrative support.

Qualifications

What you will need to have:

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.


• A minimum of 10 - 12 years of working experience and proven HR manager, from manufacturing companies


• Fluent in English both written and conversational - peers will include expatriates


• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources (HRM/HRD), Business Administration, Management or other related fields


• Proven business partnering & leadership experiences


• Deep understanding on labor laws and end-to‑end human resources function


• Proven track record of strategy creation and implementation


• Good communication and negotiation skills


• Experience working in FMCG Manufacturing will be a preference
