Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Senior Modern Pig Farm Manager / Director to oversee day-to-day cross-functional operations at a large-scale livestock site in Indonesia. You will coordinate Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, HRGA, Maintenance, Security, and Administration to ensure SOP alignment and operational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in modern farming operations or large-scale site ops.
• Experience coordinating across departments and managing workforce.
• SOP-driven environments with discipline and reporting.
• Remote or site-based operations experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office for monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily farm operations across departments.
• Lead operational coordination between Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, Maintenance, Security, HRGA and Admin.
• Support workforce planning, attendance, onboarding, scheduling and discipline with HR.
• Oversee facilities including staff housing, utilities, sanitation, canteen, transport, and GA infra.
• Ensure accurate documentation, inventory reports, incidents and dept reports.
• Monitor inventory movement, stock requests and internal logistics.
• Enforce site security, biosecurity, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for operations/infrastructure.
• Support digital tracking initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Assist management in monitoring KPIs and site performance.
