Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Senior Modern Pig Farm Manager / Director to lead day-to-day cross-functional operations across a large-scale livestock site in Indonesia. The role requires coordinating Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, HRGA, Maintenance, Security, and Administration teams while maintaining SOP-driven discipline and efficient execution on a remote farm site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years in modern farming operations or similar large-scale site operations.
Experience in cross-department coordination and vendor management.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel for monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise daily farm operations across departments.
Lead cross-department coordination between Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, Maintenance, Security, HRGA, and Admin.
Support workforce planning, attendance, onboarding, shift scheduling, and discipline with HR.
Oversee facilities including staff housing, utilities, sanitation, canteen, transport, and general affairs infrastructure.
Ensure documentation, inventory reporting, incident records, and departmental reports are submitted timely.
