Job Brief

The Senior Performance Marketing role at PT. Media Group Asia (SATUVISION) encompasses strategic planning, team leadership, budget management, campaign execution, client management, and compliance. This position is a managerial position that involves a hybrid working model, offering flexibility for both Work from Home (WFH) and Work from Office (WFO).

Responsibilities

Digital Advertising Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital advertising strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify advertising opportunities and enhancements.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making in digital advertising campaigns.
  • Communicate the digital advertising strategy and its alignment with the company's goals to key stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital advertising specialists, analysts, and SEO experts.
  • Set clear goals, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Manage workload allocation and resource planning for the team.

Budget Management and Sales Support:

  • Develop and manage the digital advertising budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
  • Allocate financial resources efficiently to support advertising initiatives and improvements.
  • Monitor spending and provide regular budget reports to management.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimizing ad spend and maximizing ROI.

Digital Advertising Campaign Execution:

  • Oversee the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Ensure campaigns are optimized for performance, reach, and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Implement best practices in ad targeting, creative development, and A/B testing.

Client Management and Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align digital advertising strategies with client needs and goals.
  • Participate in client meetings to present digital advertising solutions and performance reports.
  • Assist in upselling and expanding digital advertising services to existing clients.

Digital Advertising Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor advertising performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Provide regular reports on advertising campaign effectiveness, user behavior, and trends.
  • Use data-driven insights to continually improve digital advertising performance.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with advertising regulations, privacy policies, and industry standards.
  • Develop and enforce internal policies and guidelines for digital advertising practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 or more years of experience in digital advertising strategy and planning.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and management.
  • Strong understanding of Performance Marketing platforms, budget management, and sales support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools.

Working Hours

  • 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
  • Day off on weekends.
  • Religious Holiday.
