Job Description
Implement high-performing campaign management and execution of display advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions
Manage and optimize display campaigns across various platforms (Google Display Network, Youtube, Meta, Tiktok, programmatic networks, etc)
Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance using analytic tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in display advertising
Execute and prioritize all the tasks / activities within the managed campaigns
Maturity to manage external marketing vendors independently, and ensure all the expected deliverables or service are delivered
Requirements
Graduated from reputable university. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on display advertising
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques
Proven track record of managing and optimizing display advertising campaigns
Possess exceptional critical thinking and a willingness to dive into the data, to produce immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term strategy and scalability
Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis
Good communication skill, self-driven, love challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool (Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc)
