You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize ATS configurations, implement automation, and analyze metrics for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of HR system administration experience and is comfortable in a fast-paced remote work environment.

Overview
As the Senior People Systems Analyst you will play a key role in the configuration, support, and success of our Recruiting solutions and other People systems. You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition and data teams to ensure optimal recruiting solution configurations, connectivity, and best-in-class applicant experiences to support our rapidly growing organization. You will work closely with the Recruiting and TA Operations teams to understand work flows, operational pain points and build best-in-class experiences for our applicants, hiring managers, and recruiting team.
