Job summary

Neon is a global payments platform powering game publishers with a transparent and developer-centric payments infrastructure. This senior operator role owns dispute and chargeback operations, fraud, compliance monitoring, payment performance, and CS support, partnering with the Head of Payments and Risk & Compliance leaders to drive outcomes across payments, risk and compliance.

The role is a senior individual-contributor position with ownership over operational standards, targets, and PSP

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in payments operations, fraud, or fintech risk with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience managing PSP or partner relationships and influencing product, eng, and CS.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and data tools.
• Business-level English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own dispute intake, evidence collection, resolution with all processors and markets.
• Oversee fraud investigations and monitoring with cross-functional leads.
• Track payment performance metrics and set dashboards/alerts.
• Serve as senior operations contact for CS escalations and incident responses.
• Manage day-to-day PSP/partner relationships and SLA adherence.
