Job Description
Develop, implement, and oversee partnerships with Banks, Tourism Boards, Brands, and Corporates to drive customer engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.
Lead day-to-day communication with partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, track performance, and provide regular reports on campaign outcomes (monthly).
Conduct regular meetings with partners to understand their goals and objectives, using these insights to develop tailored partnership strategies.
Collaborate with the partnership team to ensure alignment on timelines, key selling propositions (USPs), channel activations, and merchandising strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., stakeholders, marketing) to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, including packages, benefits, channels, and storefronts.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new marketing opportunities to drive innovation in partnership strategies.
Manage and foster long-term relationships with key partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and growth opportunities.
Provide strategic input on new partnership opportunities and market expansions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Assist in negotiating partnership terms, contracts, and agreements.
Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of joint initiatives and resolve any issues quickly.
Drive the creation of marketing assets, content, and campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize partner exposure and engagement.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in Travel, Technology, or related industries.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing, customer experience, and the integration of digital and in-app strategies.
Proven expertise in data analysis and campaign performance metrics to assess results and optimize strategies.
Demonstrated ability to engage with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Experience in managing budgets and ensuring that partnership activities stay within allocated resources.
