Job description

Senior Operations Specialist（Mandarin speaker)

1) Have basic data analysis thinking and skills, understand various indicators (including business indicators, cost indicators, business operation indicators, etc.) and data connotations, be able to mine and conduct simple analysis of data, and identify the changing patterns of a product

2) Understand the principles and framework of data analysis models, master basic usage methods, be able to complete basic data analysis according to existing models, and output valuable information

3)Ability to understand the content and methods of goal management, able to break down goals set by superiors into smaller objectives and implement them in an orderly manner

4) Being able to identify common issues during the target operation process and provide timely feedback, ensuring that the plan is carried out in an orderly manner according to the expected schedule
