Job summary

PT SINERGI ARMADA GRUP is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily fleet operations in Jakarta. You will drive performance, ensure SOP-compliant onboarding, unit placement, checkpoints, and returns, and coordinate field visits when required.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to develop operational targets, monitor driver status, and report on operations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in supervisor/manager position.
• Experience in fleet management, leasing, driver management or vehicle rental.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to create and analyse operational reports.
• Understanding of and ability to implement SOP and operational controls.
• Detail-oriented, firm, responsible, and high integrity.
• Willing to conduct field visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all operational activities of the company
• Develop and ensure achievement of operational targets
• Ensure onboarding, unit placement, checkpoint, and unit return processes run according to SOP
• Monitor daily deposits, collection, overdue, and outstanding driver status
• Ensure follow-up with drivers experiencing arrears according to SOP
• Oversee status, location, and condition of all vehicle units
• Coordinate recovery and withdrawal processes for problematic units
• Ensure operational implementation complies with SOP and company policy
• Identify and report potential deviations in operational activities
• Lead, direct, and evaluate the Operations team
