Job summary

Krom seeks a data-driven Senior Operational Risk Analytics Executive to lead the transformation and enhancement of operational risk management across the Bank using data analytics.

You will coordinate with Operational Risk, business units, technology, operations, and control functions to ensure that risk identification, measurement, monitoring, mitigation, and reporting are accurate and timely, delivering actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in operational risk management, compliance, internal audit, or related risk control functions (banking experience preferred).
• Deep understanding of operational risk management frameworks (Basel, COSO, ISO 31000).
• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint), and data analytics tools (SQL skills are a strong plus).
• Hands-on experience in building risk dashboards and automating control monitoring.
• Strong ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risk mitigations while balancing operational efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working across cross-functional teams and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Process-oriented with a drive for digitalization, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and enhancement of operational risk governance, policies, standards, and methodologies, ensuring consistent RCSA cycles, risk register maintenance, and action plan execution.
• Lead the development of risk dashboards, monitor key risk metrics for early warnings, and analyze risk trends, operational loss, and control issues.
• Drive modernization of risk processes by leveraging technology, data analytics, automated reporting, and scalable risk management tools in collaboration with IT, Data, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Act as the key coordinator with business, compliance, audit, and other SKMR functions to align risk practices and foster a strong risk culture.
• Prepare and present strategic risk reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management, risk committees, governance forums, and regulators.
