Job Descriptions :

Manage and coordinate hotel, transfer, and other travel service bookings.

Maintain effective communication with agents.

Use office tools such as Google Sheets and Docs for organizing and tracking reservations.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications :

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations or Quotation departments within the travel industry.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
