Job Description

  • Oversee the sales and operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Lead and develop store teams to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
  • Implement effective inventory control practices to minimise waste, avoid over- or under-purchasing, and meet demand accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from merchandising to staffing and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive store performance by analysing sales data, setting goals, and implementing action plans for improvement.
  • Optimise manpower through effective scheduling, recruitment, and training, ensuring stores are well-staffed and teams are equipped to perform.

Requirement

  • Minimum of 5 years in retail sales management, with a track record in expansion and store openings.
  • Strong record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.
  • Expert in consumer behaviour and market trends with a strategic sales approach.
