SoftwareSeni in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Node.js Developer to join our team. You will design, develop, and operate Node.js based services, contributing to web and mobile experiences for global clients.

This role requires fluency in English, strong JS/ES6 skills, and hands-on experience with HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and NoSQL databases. On-site work in Yogyakarta with a collaborative, Agile environment is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Node.js development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ES6.
• Hands-on HTML and CSS experience.
• Experience building REST APIs with Node.js.
• Familiarity with Express.js and React.js.
• Experience with MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of JavaScript unit testing.
• Experience building REST APIs using Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods.
• Code, test and operate Node.js based services.
• Contribute to team and organisational improvements in process and infrastructure.
• Identify and fix defects before they become a problem.
