Detailed Job Description:

• As a Senior Network Engineer at Multipolar, your core responsibilities encompass enterprise network architecture, routing and switching administration, and security enforcement.
• You will design, deploy, and maintain robust Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN), ensuring high availability and optimal bandwidth utilization.
• Your daily engineering duties include configuring advanced routing protocols, managing enterprise firewalls, and overseeing telephony and unified communications systems.
• You will monitor network performance telemetry, troubleshoot complex connectivity bottlenecks, and execute proactive maintenance windows.
• Implementing security hardening protocols, access control lists (ACLs), and virtual private networks (VPNs) forms a vital part of your daily operational duties.
• Collaborating proactively with project managers and client stakeholders, you will review technical designs and lead infrastructure upgrade initiatives.
• Maintaining meticulous network documentation, topology diagrams, configuration backups, and incident logs is essential to your ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and telephony architectures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional working experience in LAN, WAN, telephony, and network security administration.
• Mandatory holding of at least one recognized professional certification: HCIP WLAN, HCIP Datacom Advanced Routing & Switching, CCNP Wireless, or CCNP Enterprise.
• Strong practical knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), VLANs, STP, and switching architectures.
• Proven experience managing enterprise firewalls, VPN tunnels, and perimeter security appliances.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities for complex network faults.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
• Legal eligibility and physical presence capability to work on-site in South Jakarta.
