Job summary

Adapundi is seeking an experienced IT Network professional in Indonesia to manage and maintain our LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VLANs, switches, routers, and firewalls. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and support network projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/CE and 3+ years in IT Network/Infrastructure, with strong TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, and subnetting knowledge. Experience with Cisco/Huawei/Aruba/MikroTik is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
3+ years of IT Network/Infrastructure experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, and subnetting.
Experience with Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, MikroTik or similar technologies.
Familiar with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools; knowledge of Firewall, VPN, RADIUS/TACACS+, 802.1X is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VLAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
Monitor network performance, availability and bandwidth utilization.
Troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure issues.
Perform network installation, configuration, maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
Manage network access, VPN, and basic network security.
Maintain network documentation and configuration backups.
Support network infrastructure projects, upgrades, and expansions.
Support users and coordinate with vendors as needed.
