We are seeking a skilled Senior Naval Architect / Boat Designer to join our talented design team.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of naval architecture, including but not limited to hydrostatics, weights & centers, resistance calculations, small and large angle stability calculations, and composite structural design. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to create innovative, high-quality designs that meet our customers' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive naval architecture designs for composite and rigid hull boats.
- Conduct hydrostatic analysis and weights & centers calculations.
- Perform resistance calculations and stability assessments for various conditions.
- Design composite structures ensuring strength, durability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with production processes.
- Prepare CNC cutting and nesting files for efficient manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in all aspects of naval architecture, including hydrostatics, weights & centers, resistance calculations, and stability assessments.
- Expertise in composite structural design.
- Background in composite production processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to produce CNC cutting and nesting files.
- Familiarity with the following software is highly preferred: Rhino 3D, Orca 3D, Hull Scant, ExactFlat, and VCarve Pro.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive and innovative work environment.
- Minimum 1.5 years experience in this position.
