Job description

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and implement a comprehensive brand vision that aligns with AMODA's overall marketing strategy and target audience, considering future business diversification.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement, utilizing both static visuals and compelling motion graphics.
  • Translate marketing goals into impactful visuals, working closely with the marketing team.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends in design, technology, and construction to ensure AMODA remains visually cutting-edge.
  • Manage and collaborate with external vendors, such as photographers and videographers, to ensure high-quality creative assets
  • Analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a startup or agency environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, visual storytelling expertise, and a deep understanding of branding and design principles.
  • Mastery in both graphic design and motion graphics with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • A passion for the construction industry and a grasp of emerging technologies in the field is a plus.
