Job summary

Immersive Technologies invites a Senior Advisor to lead strategic relationships and high‑impact engagements across mining customers. You will translate priorities into practical roadmaps, business cases and multi‑phase plans that deliver value and account growth.

You will be a trusted advisor to executives, guide cross‑functional teams, and help shape new advisory solutions across the global mining portfolio.

Qualifications

Eight years of mining or mining consulting experience.
Strong understanding of mining operations and continuous improvement.
Proven track record building executive relationships and growing accounts.
Broad network to activate trust and support account growth.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop business cases.
Strong data analysis capabilities to inform decisions.
Experience governing multi-phase engagements with clear scope and outcomes.
Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

Own strategy and senior stakeholder relationships for assigned mining accounts.
Translate priorities into improvement programs.
Originate and progress high-value consulting opportunities with proposals and roadmaps.
Lead multidisciplinary projects with governance and clear outcomes.
Direct teams in a matrix structure with defined deliverables.
Build trusted relationships across executives, operations, safety and training.
Provide industry and commercial insight to identify improvement opportunities.
Coach Advisors and engineers to raise quality and impact.
