The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Advisor to lead strategic customer relationships and high-impact consulting engagements across an assigned portfolio of mining customers. You will combine mining and consulting expertise with commercial judgment, translating complex operational priorities into practical improvement roadmaps, compelling business cases and multi-phase programs that deliver customer value and sustainable account growth.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives and operational leaders, lead multidisciplinary teams through influence and help shape new solutions in Immersive Technologies advisory services. This is a visible role for someone who wants to create lasting customer impact on the mining industry.

What You Will Do

• Own the strategy and senior stakeholder relationships for assigned strategic mining accounts.
• Understand customer priorities, operational challenges and workforce development needs, then convert them into improvement programs.
• Originate, shape and progress high-value consulting opportunities, including proposals, business cases, statements of work and multi-phase engagement roadmaps.
• Lead or provide subject-matter expertise on consulting projects, ensuring clear outcomes, strong governance and decision-ready recommendations.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams through a matrix structure, setting clear expectations and assuring the quality of customer deliverables.
• Build broad, trusted relationships across customer executive, operational, safety and training stakeholders.
• Bring relevant industry, operational and commercial insight that helps customers identify emerging risks, challenge established assumptions and recognize improvement opportunities before their needs are fully defined.
• Coach Advisors, Application Engineers and facilitators, helping others raise the quality and impact of their work.

What You Will Bring

• At least eight years of relevant experience in mining, management consulting in mining, or a closely related field.
• A strong understanding of mining operations, management systems, workforce development or continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated success building executive relationships and growing complex customer accounts through opportunity origination and broader service adoption.
• A broad, well-established network built through prior project participation or direct experience, with the ability to activate those relationships to build trust, open customer conversations and support account growth.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, develop business cases and turn recommendations into practical action.
• Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to develop robust business cases and use evidence to guide decisions and shape customer strategies.
• Experience shaping and governing multi-phase consulting engagements, including scope, workplans, risks, outcome measures and commercial assumptions.
• Comfort leading through influence across regional, functional and customer teams.
• Willingness to travel to offices, mine sites and customer executive locations, with travel of up to 60% depending on assignments.
