PT Bumi Suksesindo (BSI) is a mining company with domestic investment (PMDN), based on Banyuwangi Regent's Decision No. 188/547/KEP/429.011/2012 dated July 9, 2012. BSI has obtained a Production Operation Mining Business License (IUP OP) covering an area of 4,998 hectares. The company is located in Sumberagung Village, Pesanggaran District, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java Province, with its main activities currently focused on gold and copper production at the Tujuh Bukit Operation, also known as Tumpang Pitu. The mineral resources at Tujuh Bukit are recognized by the state as highly strategic assets. BSI was designated as a National Vital Object (Obvitnas) on February 26, 2016.

As part of its commitment to involve the Banyuwangi Regency Government in its sustainability, BSI has granted ownership through share donations without any burden to the local government since 2013, initially 10%, later adjusted after the initial public offering (IPO) on June 19, 2015, to 6.42%. This is the only share donation made by the gold mining company to the local government where the mine is located.

BSI commenced production in the oxide layer with the first ore mining on December 1, 2016, marking the transition from construction to operational phase. In the first quarter (March 17, 2017), Tujuh Bukit Operation produced 25,063 oz of gold and 6,420 oz of silver. Applying green mining principles, all activities at Tujuh Bukit gold mine are open to the public within legal boundaries. Technical, operational, administrative, and external relations activities are carried out by BSI involving approximately 1,500 employees, of whom 99% are Indonesian nationals, and nearly 62% are young people from Banyuwangi Regency.

Requirements:

• Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in gold processing mining, with 3 years in a supervisory position, preferably with heap leach method experience.
• Proficient in technical studies related to crushing circuit, heap leaching operation, thickening, filtration, and AARL elution circuit.
• Experience with PLC Citect SCADA systems.
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel with multiple spreadsheets.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
