MFG is a bespoke team committed to a strategic, creative, and integrated media approach to drive better business results. The team consists of digital, offline, and integrated media experts working together to enhance media’s contribution to Google’s business. MFG is powered by Essence, Mediacom, and other GroupM entities globally.

About the role

The Media Activation team provides recommendations for Search, Social, Display, and Video, manages supplier relationships, and executes these strategies. This role is within the Social team, part of Media Activation.

As a Paid Social Senior Account Executive, you will execute paid social media activities, develop platform knowledge, build supplier relationships, and deliver flawless testing, media plans, optimization, and analysis.

Key responsibilities
  1. Manage designated paid social campaigns, ensuring timely optimization and performance improvements.
  2. Conduct audience research using syndicated and first-party data sources.
  3. Produce campaign reports, including daily pacing, data input, and insightful commentary.
  4. Ensure platform accounts adhere to channel best practices and contribute to evolving these standards.
  5. Assist in onboarding new team members.
  6. Communicate effectively within your team and with clients and suppliers, taking ownership of client communications.
  7. Maintain internal data, identify issues, and develop solutions.
  8. Contribute to testing plans, suggest new ideas, and own the testing process from planning to evaluation.
  9. Liaise with the Ad Ops team to ensure data integrity reports are accurate.
  10. Flag pacing risks to the Media Activation teams.
About you
  • 1-2 years of experience on paid social platforms or related digital roles.
  • Degree from a top-tier college, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and develop recommendations.
  • High attention to detail and understanding of optimization across platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities.
Desirable qualifications
  • Experience with Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn paid social campaigns.
  • Experience with paid search, GDN, YouTube campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups).
  • Google AdWords and Video Certification.
  • Meta Blueprint Buyer certification.
