Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in mechanical design for special-purpose machines or automation equipment.
• Experience from concept to commissioning of complete machines.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or Onshape.
• Hands-on manufacturing and assembly exposure.
• Willing to work on-site in Salatiga, Indonesia, 45-hour workweek.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom special-purpose machines from concept development through commissioning and production.
• Perform engineering research, feasibility studies, technical analysis, and cost estimation for new product development.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, BOMs, and documentation using SolidWorks or Onshape.
• Design precision mechanical systems, motion mechanisms, kinematic assemblies, and robotic components with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Software, Automation, and Firmware teams to integrate mechatronic systems.
• Support prototype development, assembly, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and product validation throughout the lifecycle.
• Work with in-house manufacturing during fabrication, assembly, and verification.
• Monitor timelines, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure deliverables meet quality and production standards.
