About the Role:

• To provide input into the implementation of the marketing and sales strategy, to ensure we meet our objectives and property sales/rental opportunities are handled to the benefit of the project.
• To participate in the development of systems and processes to identify potential customers - their profiles and requirements so that products and services are highly marketable and sales targets are achieved.
• To provide comparison for the targeted property with similar properties that have recently sold/leased, in order to determine its competitive market price/rental.
• To establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization (Jakarta office & regional offices) and with clients, external agencies, in order to promote property sales/lease and achieve targets.
• To advise clients on market conditions, prices/rentals, legal requirements, and related matters.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban & City Planning, Real Estate Finance/Development, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record with 3 – 5 years’ experience, preferably in Valuations.
