Job Description
Position Overview: The Senior Marketing Executive will play a critical role in driving Benefit Indonesia marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our brand goals, overseeing campaign execution, analyzing performance data, and adjusting tactics as needed to maximize results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various marketing channels including digital, PR, e-commerce, and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
PR
- Develop comprehensive PR strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of PR campaigns; analyze, review, and report on effectiveness to maximize results.
- Identify trends in digital marketing and adapt strategies to best serve the interests of the company while keeping an eye on ROI.
- Manage all digital and print assets for Benefit Indonesia, including E-commerce, Etail, and B&M channels.
- Plan and collaborate on campaigns with like-minded brands or partners to drive sales and share of voice (SOV).
- Manage the budget for public events, KOL investments, and PR-related expenses.
Digital
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager on digital and social media strategies to enhance online brand awareness and visibility.
- Ensure digital initiatives meet Marcomm KPIs and drive sales conversions.
- Execute digital ad campaigns on Facebook & TikTok via Ads Manager.
- Manage Google My Business platform: respond to reviews, update store info, compile monthly review reports, and identify top services.
- Prepare marketing reports including post-event recaps and campaign analyses for PR & Digital activities.
- Oversee digital advertising investments and their usage.
Trade Marketing
- Support local trade marketing activations, consumer workshops, and events across Etail, Department Stores, and Boutiques.
- Identify potential external partnerships to enhance recruitment and sales, aligned with global and regional strategies.
Ecommerce/Etail
- Enhance brand visibility on e-retailer platforms (Sephora, Lazada, Zalora) by planning product launches, monitoring brand presence, and increasing reach.
- Identify KOLs for mega campaigns and livestreams (Lazlive, FB Live Selling).
- Collaborate with SEA Ecomm team/Marketing Manager on digital asset creation for campaigns.
Visual Merchandising
- Ensure adherence to regional VM guidelines and directives.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, particularly in public relations or digital marketing.
- Successful track record in designing and executing PR campaigns at local and national levels.
- Strong knowledge of current online marketing strategies and best practices.
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
