Job description

This is a very senior position reporting directly to the Chief Operation Officer, who leads Production, Maintenance, and Engineering departments.

Lead a large team of around 600 to 800 employees working within 3 shifts to ensure the efficiency of labor cost utilization.

Manage three departments covering 4 production sections, the maintenance department, and the engineering department to ensure integration of the departments for efficient and effective operation through total productive maintenance.

Lead and manage key performance indicators, including waste management, zero defect, production volume, inventory level, availability of finished goods, safety, health, and environment.

Ensure continuous improvement and cost savings, resulting in significant progress.

Develop people and organization capability through knowledge management of Lean, Kaizen, TPM, and other tools of the Quality Management System.
