Able to work and handle high pressure situations.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Pulp and Paper Engineering or relevant experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of pulp mill recovery island and power plants.
• Strong willingness to learn new technical skills and operations; and adapt new business environment
• Experiences in a multicultural / matrixed organization.
• Desire and ability to travel frequently in Asia Pacific and globally if needed.
• Capability to work remote and develop remote working methods.
• Accelerate communication between regions and business units.
• Experience of leading and developing teams.
