A leading logistics startup in Indonesia seeks a Sr. Manager of People Experience to drive HR strategy and foster a people-first culture. This role involves managing HR operations, recruitment, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and scaling HR functions as the company grows.
What You'll Do
As Sr. Manager of People Experience, you'll drive people strategy across both our head office and operational teams. You'll build a strong, scalable HR foundation that supports growth, promotes culture, and ensures compliance with the labor law.
Key responsibilities:
• Recruitment: Lead hiring and onboarding across multiple functions and regions
• Operations: Manage HR operations, payroll, BPJS, and compliance
• Performance Management: Build performance management and employee development systems
• Business Partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on people matters
• Engagement: Foster a people-first culture across both field and office teams
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of proven HR experience in ops and business partnership, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or tech startups
• Graduated with Bachelor's degree
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and workforce compliance
• Proven ability to scale and optimize HR operations
• Proven experience in managing high-performing teams and partnership across the business
• Strong in HR Analytics and HRIS tools
