Senior Manager Marketing & Sales Operation

PT. Gerbang Mas Bersama, a company engaged in Dairy Manufacturing and Food & Beverage with leading brands Scoop & Skoops, Fuego Roasthouse, and Norge Parlor, is opening an opportunity for experienced professionals to join our team as a Senior Manager of Marketing & Sales Operations.

This position holds full responsibility for strategic marketing planning, sales growth, and the development of distribution channels across retail, outlet, and B2B segments.

Role Description

• Design and implement marketing and sales strategies for ice cream and sweetened condensed milk products;
• Increase brand awareness and sales across retail, outlet, and B2B channels;
• Lead the marketing and operational teams in consistently achieving sales targets;
• Analyze market trends and consumer needs to develop effective and targeted strategies;
• Expand distribution networks and business relations across modern trade, general trade, HoReCa, and e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position in marketing/sales within the F&B industry (experience in dairy products is highly preferred);
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (preferred);
• Strong leadership, market data analysis, and project management skills;
• Proven ability to build effective business relationships and conduct successful negotiations;
• Experienced in digital marketing, brand activation, and channel development.
