Senior Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our shopping malls in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mall management and a proven track record of success in leading and managing a large team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the mall management team, ensuring the smooth functioning of all operations
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the malls.
• Monitor and control operating expenses, develop and maintain budgets, and ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Identify and implement strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales for tenants.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional events to attract shoppers and increase sales.
• Ensure the safety and security of the malls and implement emergency response protocols as needed.
• Create creative events, promotion and leasing to attract visitors and increase revenue.

General Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in mall management or related field, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a proven track record of success in managing a large team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
