Responsibilities and Duties:

- Provide timely responses to ongoing testing inquiries and processes.
- Certified Flavorist with relevant experience or the ability to create aspiring flavors.
- Manage and accurately record all test results, comments, and data related to flavor creation.
- Maintain proper data management in the database of ingredients, supplies, and flavor creations.
- Assist in resolving related issues as necessary.
- Support product pricing and costing with relevant knowledge.
- Oversee lab processes, testing procedures, and results.
- Coach, mentor, and guide junior and senior flavorists, ensuring adherence to standards and protocols.
- Manage cross-functional teams and share best practices in flavor sales across regions.
- Coordinate with global counterparts for core and key customers.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, sales support materials, and tools to enhance customer engagement.
- Develop commercial proposals for regional and global flavors.
- Lead efforts across R&D, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize opportunities and improve execution.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Senior Management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree/Diploma in science, food engineering, food science, chemistry, or biology with at least 8 years of relevant experience as a hands-on Flavorist/Manager in the flavor or related industry (preferably tobacco).
- At least 4 years of managerial experience leading a team of flavorists.
- Highly responsible, reliable, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Creativity and scientific proficiency with a sensitive palate.
- Good liaison skills, ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- Strong teamwork skills and proactive attitude.
