Job description

Senior Manager Finance, Accounting and Tax

1. Develop and implement financial strategies and policies.

2. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.

3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

4. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

5. Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.

6. Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals.

7. Identify and manage financial risks.

8. Present financial results and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master degree in Finance or Accounting.

2. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.

3. Minimum 10 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role in Finance, Accounting and Tax.

4. Proven experience in a leadership role.

5. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Strong communication and presentation abilities.

8. Experience dealing with external and internal auditor.

9. Have understanding on Project Management/ Project Controlling is preferrable.
