Job Description

1. Lead, conceive, and implement a work program for the engagement with clients and manage team through the advisory process.
2. Act as the main person-in-charge and interface with various stakeholders.
3. Advise and assist the clients in developing turnaround advisory and capital market strategy/plan.
4. Assist in resolving financial and strategic issues to improve businesses that are performing below optimum level.
5. Analyze and assess business models and financials for strategic and tactical decision-making.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university; Master's Degree will be an advantage.
2. Minimum 10 years of investment banking experience (advisory and capital market) from an advisory consulting firm.
3. Excellent financial and analytical skills to work on complex financial transactions.
4. Knowledgeable and experienced in advisory.
5. Proven leadership and ability to analyze companies from a financial, operational, and industry perspective.
